We do not accept general returns.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at slcgeneralbooks@gmail.com. Be sure to include photos of:

• The damaged product
• The packaging (for insurance purposes)
   

To receive a replacement or refund, the damaged item must be mailed back to us.

Holiday 2025 Note: We will try our best to get your books to you by DEC 25th but sometimes book printing gets delayed during the holidays. If you buy something on backorder, please give 4 weeks from the buy date to ship.
