That's one reason I love to write. I love leaving little pieces of myself and my life embedded in the pages like a scrapbook of who I was for my future self, and simultaneously allowing my characters to be a mirror for others. Writing feels like the best way to show others that they're seen. It's also a reminder to not take life so seriously and have fun because connection and fun are what life is all about.
